Memory

Quote:
I don't know if you have seen the movie "50 first loves", in which the heroine suffers from an extremely rare disease caused by a car accident. Every time the sun rises on the next day, she will forget the events of the previous day. The hero can not give up his beloved girl, began a crazy and touching pursuit plan - make sure that every day when the sun rises, each new day comes, let the heroine fall in love with him again. In the movie, the heroine suffers from a rare disease called amnesia.

What is amnesia?
It's simply memory loss, or amnesia. Memory loss before injury is called retrograde amnesia, while memory loss after injury is called anterograde amnesia. There is another form where you can recall part of the event, but not all of it, even with a lot of help and hints.

Treatment of amnesia:
There are many treatments available for memory loss. Here are some of the most effective:
1. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) : this method was developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro. It helps integrate the two hemispheres of the brain to help recall events.
· hypnosis: lost memories can be retrieved through relaxation and a technique called age regression.
· neurofeedback: this method contributes to disorders of the brain and nerve centers. It helps regulate brain function and restores or builds new nerve connections.
· cognitive therapy: the focus of therapy is to help individuals acquire the tools and strategies necessary to improve thinking, executive function, time management, and decision-making. In this way, the brain can often access lost memories.
· occupational therapy: occupational therapy aims to assess functions and potential complications related to upper limb movement, daily living skills, cognition, vision and perception. This approach helps integrate body/mind connections, allowing body/cellular memory to be integrated with the brain.
· bilateral pronunciation: this method helps the brain relax and regulate. It is very effective in retraining left and right hemispheres, as well as relieving stress and clinical symptoms and PTSD.
· nutrition: what you eat or don't eat does affect memory acquisition and recovery. Eat more protein, especially foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as tuna and salmon. Try sticking to an anti-inflammatory diet. If you still have some form of amnesia, drinking alcohol and eating sugar won't help.

Our services:
The idea that our brains experience cognitive decline as we age has long been considered an inevitable part of the aging process. But science shows that you can use the brain's plasticity to make it stronger and improve memory at any age. Using this science and the latest neurofeedback techniques, we developed an innovative memory training program. Using the latest technologies and diagnostic tools, this program combines personalized guidance, brain training, vitamins and supplements, and brain health education to provide an active, comprehensive program. This holistic approach is designed to improve memory, mental acuity, and your overall health.

Case study:
Case 1: after the injury, the patient has no knowledge of his previous life, does not remember his wife, children, mother, father or siblings, or what he does for a living. He said it was terrible not knowing what his life had been like. After many neurofeedback sessions, with the help of his family and trainers, he eventually regained his memory and his old life. Similar retrograde amnesia occurs in severe trauma, where people have no memory of what happened.

Case 2: twenty years ago, a woman and her husband went to a concert by a famous jazz singer. After the show, they were robbed and a violent fight broke out in an alley. After she suffered a head injury, her husband recounted the concert and the fight. She remembered all the details of the concert, but she did not remember the fight. Her husband tried his best to bring back her memory. She did a lot of neurofeedback training, changed her diet, and now she can recall all the details.

Attached is a memory status test form, for you to test their memory status, scan the two-dimensional code to the questionnaire.
